January update 2026

We hope all our committee, officials, support staff, players, volunteers, members and supporters had a wonderful and safe Christmas and new year with family and friends.

The Football Section would like to congratulate and thank Di Van Doren for her time as Chair of the Netball Section. Di’s time in the role has been marked by increased participation and noticeable improvements in on-court results that have seen senior sides go close to once again making finals in recent years. Di has been a great supporter of the LFNC brand and one-club policy, and we wish her well. We also welcome Shana Miatke as the new chair of Netball and look forward to working with her and her team.


Pre-season for our various squads is progressively kicking off after the Christmas break. Our senior squads have recommenced, with our U/18s and some junior sides close too.
