TEAM HYNES

Steven represented the Lara Football Club at junior level before moving onto the seniors where he played 229 games. Steven captained Lara to senior premierships in 1986 and 1988. He also played in the reserves team of 1994 who also came away with a premiership flag. 

Steven is highly regarded as a leader as his team mates played for him. He was a member of the committee in 1990, 1991 and 1996. Steven then filled the role of President of the Past Players Committee for 13 years between2001-2013.

Steven was able to visit an U11 training session in 2018 for Team Hynes to have a chat to the players and take a few photos
