Pre-season for our various squads has now wrapped up for the Christmas break.

We can report that our senior men’s head coach, Brett Henderson, is very happy with the group, who have collectively shown real commitment to improving next year. Numbers at training have been very solid, noting that we continue to pursue strategic recruits for 2025 and continue to reach our target list size.

In addition, we have settled on our 3 assistant coaches to help Brett with the squad. Daniel Dimech joined the club for season 2024 and will stay on. In addition, Daniel Bunworth and Mark Stewart have also come on board. Collectively, our 3 assistant coaches offer a good deal of experience and footy nous to help Brett get the best out of the group.

Our senior women’s squad has also finished up, getting together on Monday night to watch the AFLW draft. Keeley Hardingham, one of the new co-coaches we announced couple of months ago, was drafted by the Western Bulldogs at pick 48. We warmly congratulate Keeley on this news and hope she has a wonderful career at the top level.
