The Lara Football Club is excited to run the 6 week Pre-Season program for U14 to U17 age groups. These sessions will be run by APT Coaching, a qualified AFL & Atheltics Accredited Coach.

Meaningful, fun and dynamic footy sessions.

Combine style testing results for focused development.

Teaching of running and agility efficiency for better results on the ground.

Learning the skills in game-simulation environments.

Monday and Wednesday timeslots available.
