Deaf Sailing Queensland (DSQ) organises Deaf cohorts to participate in external certificate courses within a culturally and linguistically safe environment.
The Powerboat Handling Certificate course is designed for those who already hold a state-recognised powerboat licence but want to gain the skills needed for sailing support, race management, and rescue operations.
