I, with my Executors agree that irrespective of the type of membership which I may attain, it is my responsibility that I am physically fit for engaging in any of the Group activities, wherever they may be, and that no responsibility is accepted by the Group, for any injury, illness, accident or fatality resulting from my participation in any activities, whether it be due to faulty equipment or error of judgement to use due care on the part of any person in the Group, or to any other cause, and I completely indemnify the Group as a whole, and its members as individuals, and their individual estates, against all costs, claims, damages and demands directly or indirectly arising there from.
