Kobe was very motivated this week, after spending (enduring) the last race with Martin (and Tom) in the rescue boat. And that motivation paid off - coming #1 in both races. And that motivation paid off - coming #1 in both races. And in both races Karen came #2, and Peter #3 - so consistency was the name of the game. Overall it was a modest fleet with many of the hot shots (Stewart, Tom and Simon of the Melges Cabel, and Richard and Chris Russell missing on the water). No doubt we will get the excuses next week about having to go to wedding (Simon W and Mitch) but this just raises questions about their priorities.. Fortunately last year's 'Club Champion' was there to demonstrate his sailing skill and consistency (coming #11 and #9 out of 11). The full results are here.
