MYC Sailing Instructions 2022 - 2023

Every four (4) years the "Racing Rules of Sailing" are updated by the newly named "World Sailing" governing body and the newly updated MYC Sailing Instructions are governed by these changes and now include the new 2022 - 23 format to determine the MYC Season and Series Championships based upon MYC handicap.
