They came, they saw and they conquered, well not all of them and particularly not Martin.
It's still a mystery why it was a morning race but it was.
Grey skies, lumpy seas, up to 15kt and over south westerly....perfect!
Especially if you're on ML11.
With only four racing days left in the season a hardy fleet took the challenge of the Autumn Series Ht 7 & 8.
Results were mixed -
Heat 7 - 3rd Peter B (without a capsize), 2nd Chris Russell and 1st Tom Clarke.
Heat 8 - 3rd Martin C (that can't be right!), 2nd Chris Russell and 1st Matt Darby.
Richard J won both heats on VYC.
Well done all and we look forward to being back on the water next Saturday.
