Welcome to Brisbane Sailing Squadron
The Brisbane Sailing Squadron was established in 1921 and recently celebrated 100 years of sailing on Brisbane river.
The club is a volunteer run, family orientated club offering high quality sailing in Lasers, 16 Foot Skiffs, 125, Optimist and Sabot dinghies and a comprehensive Junior Sailing Program for 7-16 year olds from beginners to advanced.
The club is located at Vic Lucas Park in Bulimba on the southern bank of the Brisbane River.

The 8 week Better Sailing course introduces sailors to higher level skills and techniques in the Sabot or Optimist dinghy, and provides a pathway to racing
Try Sailing is an introductory sailing program where kids aged from approximately 7 – 12 join our experienced instructors in a Quest dinghy.
