Welcome to Brisbane Sailing Squadron
The Brisbane Sailing Squadron was established in 1921 and recently celebrated 100 years of sailing on Brisbane river.
The club is a volunteer run, family orientated club offering high quality sailing in Lasers, 16 Foot Skiffs, 125, Optimist and Sabot dinghies and a comprehensive Junior Sailing Program for 7-16 year olds from beginners to advanced.
The club is located at Vic Lucas Park in Bulimba on the southern bank of the Brisbane River.

Our Start Sailing and Better Sailing Classes will recommence on the 8th February 2024 for thats that particiapted last year, and wish to continue on, or those that have been through the Try Sailing program

Our 2024/2025 Sailing Program has been released kicking off with Heat 1 of the Club Championships on the 7th September, and a revised format of 2 race formats, and longer passage races
