I have booked URGQ timeslots for Saturday the 24th of October. The trip will be weather dependent which we will confirm closer to the date. The booking can accomodate 7 divers doing a double dive, but if there is significant interest, I can try to book the Sunday as well.

At this stage for the trip to go ahead we will need a kind volunteer to pickup the boat, skipper and return the boat.  If anyone is available to help him clean the boat at the clubhouse after the dives, Im sure they would greatly appreciate it.  

When, and only when, a Skipper+Tower has been confirmed I will create a new trip event and populate it per the order of this waitlist. I will then send an email to confirm interest and if there are vacancies open it up to the next on the list, then to other club members.

Date: Saturday 24th October 2026

Time:  7:00am for a 7:30am launch of Diver 1 to get to Wonder Reef by 8:00am

Cost: Your share of fuel plus a dive ticket per dive.  Because the Wonder Reef is only ~20 min from the seaway, the fuel cost should be minimal.  Please bring change/cash for fuel. Gold Coast currently have the publuc mooring available at $0, so no additional mooring fees for this trip. 

What to bring:  Everything: including all dive gear, tanks & weights.  Water, food/snacks, sunscreen, hat, jacket etc.

It will be great to see how much growth has encrusted the structures since some of our members dived it the first weekend it was opened!
