Hi all!
Tides are almost a perfect time for a GC Seaway dive this weekend and recent reports on visibility have been fantastic so I thought it might be a good easy excuse to jump in for a dive! It's the neap high tide, with only 1.1m total change so it should be a fairly easy current. 

When: Saturday 18th July
Where: GC Seaway 'Main Steps' GC Seaway Dive Site Location
Meeting time: 10:15am
High Tide Time: 11:15am
Tidal Range: 1.1m
What: Depends on who's there and what everyone wants to do. I'm sure some will walk up to eastern steps and drift down. Some might like to enter at the main stairs. We will be able to alter entry points and match buddy pairs depending on who wants to dive what plan. 
After: Some of us will probably wander over for fish n' chips for lunch once we're back on land and mostly dry. 

What you need to do: 
Sign up to the event so I have an idea of who to look out for on Saturday.
Turn up with all your gear by 10:15am (I'll be there a little earlier, so if you take a bit more time to gear up, or have never dived there and want to chat about the site feel free to meet me at 10am)

P.s. the Tides are equally good on Sunday with a 12:07pm high tide, 1.0m tidal range.
So if people are keen for Sunday, and someone is willing to put their hands up to organise dive plans/buddy pairs on the day (I'm busy :( ) I'll put up a seperate event.
