Bubbles & Beers: The Wooli Dive Weekend

6–8 November - Boat dives by day, BBQs, laughs and beers by night

Ready for a weekend that’s equal parts adventure and good vibes? We’re heading to Wooli for a laid-back dive trip packed with marine life, laughs and classic URGQ camaraderie.

This is the kind of trip where the diving is incredible… but it’s the people you’re with that make it unforgettable.

What’s in store?

Wooli is known for its diverse, vibrant dive sites and word on the street (thanks Paul Houghton)is that the anemone gardens are next-level, with plenty of clownfish action.

Keep your eyes peeled for:

• Grey nurse sharks
• Eagle rays
• Schools of fish and colourful reef life

The Plan

• Friday 6 Nov
  Make your own way down (we’ll help organise ride shares)
  Aim to arrive for a 5:30pm group dinner
• Saturday
  Two boat dives
• Sunday
  Two boat dives
• Accommodation
  2 nights staying above the dive centre (yes, it’s as convenient as it sounds, we’re right across from the boat launch)

What to bring

• Full dive gear + weights
• Your own breakfast supplies
• Snacks if you want extras (some provided on the boat)
• BYO drinks (fridges available)
• Something for a shared BBQ dinner (meat + salad)

We’ll head out for dinner one night and enjoy a relaxed group BBQ on the verandah the other.

Cost & Booking

• $480 for the weekend
• $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot
• Pay to URGQ Bank Account with your surname and Wooli in the description

Spots are limited to 15 divers
(Open Water divers welcome!)
