Club communication
Stack Team App is our official communication platform. Your team manager will post your draw, game updates and canteen roster reminders there. Please RSVP to games in advance so your coach can prepare their line-up.
Find out how to join Stack Team App, and more about our social media pages, on our Club communication page.
Volunteering
We can't run the club or these teams without volunteers, and you don't need any experience to help. Your Hurricanes T-Ball Director will give you the information you need for any role you take on.
Every team needs the following officials:
- Coach: plans training and leads the team on game day.
- Assistant coach: supports the coach and helps run training drills.
- Team manager: organises the team off the field, like communication and roster reminders.
- Scorer: keeps track of the game, recording runs and outs as play happens.
All families are expected to help with a few hours of canteen duty during the season. You can also help by setting up or packing down the diamond before and after games.
