Hurricanes Softball Club's Constitution outlines the rules and guiding principles that govern how our Club operates. It sets out our purpose, membership structure, decision-making processes, roles and responsibilities of committee members and how we ensure accountability and transparency.
Following consultation with members at a Special General Meeting in June 2026, a new version of the Constitution (Version 4.0) was adopted. This updated version ensures compliance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (ACT) and reflects the evolving needs of our Club community.
