Hurricanes Softball Club will enter team/s into the Softball ACT Slow Pitch Social Bash Competition commencing on Wednesday 22 July.

8 weeks of regular rounds + finals on Wednesday 16 September. Wednesday 23 September will remain available just in case of a washout. Age: 10+

Games are played from 6.30pm on Wednesday evenings at Hawker, Belconnen. 1 hour. There may be games scheduled for 7.30pm depending on team numbers.

Register via this form no later than 12pm 16 July. You will need to be paid prior to taking the diamond on 22 July.

1. 2026–27 season insurance (12 months)* payable to Softball Australia, which is $72.83 for adults 12 months (or $46.78 for 2 months) or $50.38 for juniors (U18) — amounts to be confirmed.
2. The registration will also include the club fee, which covers team entry costs. This fee is $70 to the Club plus $3.06 RevSports fee total $73.06.

Insurance is a one off* payment and cover all competitions within Softball Australia for the 2026-27 season. *or you make two payments - 2 months then 10 months.

Slow Pitch is a mixed gender modified version of softball, and a great way to get active even for those who have not played softball before.

Equipment will be supplied to teams that require gloves, bats, etc. as well as training clinics prior to the game for any interested parties.
