March Past
March Past – A Proud Tradition
It is the offical opening of the Summer Athletic Season. All the clubs will march down the straight track.
This long-standing tradition celebrates the spirit of Little Athletics—fun, family, and fitness—while encouraging team pride, sportsmanship, and unity across all clubs. It’s a chance for athletes to represent their club, be recognised, and start the day with energy and excitement.
Each club marches as a group in uniform, often carrying club banners or flags.
This promotes team spirit, pride in their club, and encourages a sense of belonging among the athletes—especially for younger ones.
Judging is included, for the best presented club and it gives clubs a chance to be recognised for their presentation and spirit.
Its a chance for each club to dress to impress in your BEST clubCOLOURS for our annual March Past.
