Rockingham Districts Little Athletics Centre (RDLAC) is a community-focused Little Athletics Centre providing opportunities for children and young people to participate in athletics in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

Our Centre welcomes athletes of all abilities, from those trying athletics for the very first time through to athletes who are looking to develop their skills and compete at higher levels.

Little Athletics is more than just running, jumping and throwing. It is about building confidence, friendships, fitness, resilience and a love of sport that can last a lifetime.
