Designed for curious kids with loads of energy, it’s all about movement, play, and discovering what their little bodies can do.

Saturday mornings are for fun! 

For one lively hour each week, Tiny Tots enjoy: 

Action-packed running games

  Throwing with soft, safe gear

Jumping, hopping & bouncing challenges

Colourful obstacle adventures

Our program builds confidence, coordination and social skills — all through laughter, play and making new friends.
