Incident and Injury reporting.
All incidents and injuries should be noted in the scoring app in the Notes section on the day.
Softball Australia have instructed that all members complete the correct insurance claim forms as per following link https://vinsurancegroup.com/softball/
All insurance enquiries including claim forms must be submitted to insurance@softball.org.au for the final sign off (all other parties must have signed the form before it is sent to the National office).
