Welcome to Manly Warringah Softball Association

We are located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and we are proud to be one of the largest and most vibrant softball communities in NSW.

Softball is an enjoyable and inclusive team sport that welcomes players of all ages and all skill levels. Girls and boys as young as 5 can play!

From teeball through to our senior competition, softball is a game where everyone gets involved. Every player has multiple opportunities to bat each game and experiences a variety of fielding positions, ensuring plenty of action, skill development and fun.

Our competition is played at one location Abbott Road Diamonds, Curl Curl making it extremely convenient for families. MWSA has a range of divisions and teams to accommodate everyone — from beginners to elite athletes, including Olympic and Aussie Spirit representatives.

Swing Back - Womens Social Softball

At Abbott Road Diamonds,starting Monday 31 August and running for three Monday nights, Swing Back is softball for all women.

Whether you’ve never played softball before, haven’t played since school or life got busy, or you’re an existing player looking for some relaxed pre-season softball.

It’s all about having fun, meeting people, enjoying a hit of softball and easing into the summer season – with no pressure or expectations.

Working Bee at Abbott Road 9-12pm

Will you help us ready the fields for summer?

We will need help in getting the diamonds/grounds ready, sorting out gear in the shed, moving gear out of the umpires room to the shed and a general tidy up. There will be some light work, if you're not up for the heavy lifting.

Everyone is welcome. The more helpers the quicker things will get done!!

At Abbott Road Diamonds, come for a Friendly Senior Game
Warm-up 2pm, Games from 2.30pm
Mixed Slow Pitch Come & Try is from 4–5pm

RevSport - recording your results

As we will be using RevSport to report game attendances and scores, join us for an evening session at evening session at Forestville RSL to learn more.

An EOI will be available soon

Thursday October 8

Scoring

This is a Beginner/Level 1 scoring session (different to the RevSport session) We will covers the basic mechanics of scoring.

Friday October 9

Coaching Clinic 6-7pm

MWSA is running a Coaching Clinic at Abbott Road Diamonds to support our club coaches and help build coaching capability across the Association ahead of the new season. The clinic is open to existing coaches, new coaches, assistant coaches and anyone considering getting involved in coaching.
