All members of the MWSA community share responsibility for contributing to a safe, welcoming, and supportive softball environment.

The MWSA Committee will:

  • Offer a summer season competition in junior and senior divisions, such that the registrations allow
  • Offer a variety of representative and development opportunities for players, coaches, managers, umpires and scorers
  • Offer education and development opportunities covering softball rules, umpiring knowledge, communication and conflict
    management skills
  • Ensure that all members are treated with dignity and respect
  • Provide a means for reporting incidents, complaints or grievances
  • Provide support mechanisms for individuals affected by reported incidents or disciplinary processes
  • Encourage open feedback and learning from incidents, complaints or grievances
