Ready to give Physie with GHPC a try?

Maybe you’ve never heard of Physie before. Maybe you’re looking for something new for your daughter. Maybe you’re an adult who has always wanted to try it yourself. Or maybe you’ve been following GHPC for a while and are finally ready to come along.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to know anything about Physie before you start. You don’t need previous dance or Physie experience, and you don’t need to know anyone. You can simply come along and give it a try.
Try two classes for free
At GHPC, you can try two classes for free before deciding whether you’d like to join. It’s a chance to meet our teachers, experience a Physie class, meet some of our members and see what GHPC is all about. There’s no pressure to join. We want you to have the chance to experience it for yourself and see if it feels like the right fit for you or your child.
How it works
1. Tell us a little about you
Fill out our short trial enquiry form: Try Physie at GHPC Form
Whether you’re a parent or guardian enquiring for your child or you’re an adult wanting to try Physie yourself, the form is designed for both.
2. We’ll get back to you
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll check the appropriate class and let you know the available trial dates.
3. Come along and give it a try
Meet your teacher, join the class and see what Physie is all about.
4. Decide what’s right for you
After your two trial classes, you can decide whether you’d like to become part of GHPC.
What should I wear?
You don’t need to buy anything special for your first class. Comfortable, fitted activewear is perfect. Leggings and a fitted top, well-fitting shorts and a top, a leotard or similar activewear are all great options. Physie is practised barefoot, so there’s no need for dance shoes.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, a water bottle and a willingness to have a go. If you’re bringing a younger child, parents and carers are welcome to stay and watch. For our youngest members, having a familiar face nearby can help them feel safe and comfortable while they settle into something new. If you choose to stay, we simply ask that you remain quiet and respectful during the class so our teachers and members can stay focused.
What if we’re nervous?
That’s completely okay. Trying something new can feel a little daunting, especially when you don’t know anyone or aren’t sure what to expect. You don’t need to walk in knowing the routines or knowing exactly what to do. Our teachers will guide you through the class and you can learn as you go. Everyone has to start somewhere.
