Membership Information

• Parents/Guardians must register themselves first before registering their child.

• All athletes 17 years or younger must have a Parent/Guardian registered first to ensure insurance coverage.

After registering as a Parent/Guardian, you will receive an email with a link to register all athletes. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Returning Parent/Guardians: If you are already registered, you can log in to register your child.
New Parent/Guardians: You must register yourself as a new member before registering your child.

Membership Benefits

All membership includes:

• Personal insurance coverage

• Free access to Club Days and club coaching

• Membership with Athletics North Queensland, Queensland Athletics, Queensland Masters Athletics, and Athletics Australia

Note: Registration fees for the 2026 season will be set early 2026.

Registration Process

1. Open the registration link: Cairns Athletics – revolutioniseSPORT

2. Scroll to New Member or Existing Member – Parents, select your name as Parent/Guardian

• If not previously registered, choose New Member

3. Complete the form, selecting Parent/Guardian (unless registering as an 18+ or Masters athlete)

4. After completing the Parent/Guardian registration, you will receive an email with a link to register your child. Scroll to select the appropriate age group:

• 4–6 Years

• 7–9 Years

• 10–17 Years

• 18–29 Years

• 30+ Years

Membership Inclusions by Age Group

Athlete Membership

• ANQ affiliation

• End-of-year trophy or acknowledgment

• Access to all age-appropriate training sessions

• Access to all Friday Club Nights

• Contribution towards Barlow Park hire

• Access to ANQ, QA, QMA, and AA carnivals, including NQ Champs

Base Membership

• ANQ affiliation

• Access to a limited number of Friday Club Nights

• Participation in ANQ, QA, and AA carnivals as an independent athlete

• No club participation points or PBs recorded for end-of-year awards

• Contribution towards Barlow Park hire

Returning and New Members

• Returning members: Select Renew and log in with your National Member ID. If forgotten, email: cairnsathleticsenquiries@gmail.com 

• New members: Simply register online; no additional documents are required.

Play On Sport Vouchers

Cairns Athletics accepts Play On Sport vouchers. Details will be provided for 2026 registration once the season opens. Bring them in person to a club night at Barlow Park or email them to cairnsathleticsenquiries@gmail.com 

Trial Days

• New athletes can trial for two weeks at $15 per visit. Register via the events page https://www.revolutionise.com.au/cairnsathleticsclub/events

• Trial fees are deducted from full membership if upgraded (maximum $30)

• Full registration is required to attend training sessions

Trial results do not count towards annual performance; results commence upon full membership registration
