WHAT EVENTS DO WE DO?
Club Competition:A standard club day with up to 5 individual events that members / day visitors participate in.
Local or Interclub Meet: An event put on by a local club where members of other clubs are invited to participate in. It can be similar to a Club Competition Day, or a Pentathlon, or a Summer Series event, as an example.
Regional Carnival: Usually a two-day event, at an ANQ club in North, Central or Western Qld, where athletes from many clubs are invited to participate.
State or National Championships: Usually at least a 3-day event for members of athletics clubs. Qualification may be needed to participate in some state/national events.
Masters Event: Events specifically for masters aged athletes 30yrs plus.
Other Club Event: Sign on Day, Break up Day, as an example.
School Athletics Event: Dates of significant regional, state, and national, school athletics events.
