The Special Heart Award is a Wombats award that was introduced by the club in 2025. This award is presented in memory of our past player, Will Karaffa.
Will was the heartbeat of his team, full of life and unwavering in the support of his teammates.

In his honour, this award is given each year to a senior male player who best embodies these qualities of loyalty, passion and heart.
