**TRAINING COMMENCES AT FRENSHAM POOL WEDNESDAY 26 JULY FOR 8 WEEKS**
Time: 6:00 - 8.00pm please arrive 15mins early for setup. Cost $100
We will break into 2 age groups:
Highland Cubs – SHWP White Caps Born 2011, 2012, 2013, 2012, 2013
Highland Bears – SHWP Navy Caps Born 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, 2006
Registration Covers: Pool Entry, Pool Lifeguard, Pool Hire and a SHWP (Navy or White) swim cap
Please have your name marked off before entering the pool area and make sure your correct swim cap is on.

Beginners looking to learn the skills of water polo before the commencement of the season in term 4.
Experienced - Warm up those winter arms and legs with new techniques.
