Special General Meeting (SGM) Invitation

Dear Members and Supporters,

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Southern Highlands Water Polo Association will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, 26 March 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Venue: Highlands Hotel, Mittagong

The purpose of this Special General Meeting is to elect a new Board and Executive Committee to lead the Association moving forward.

As previously communicated, the current committee has been serving in an interim capacity. This meeting provides members with the opportunity to nominate, elect, and formally appoint individuals to Board and Executive roles to ensure the continued operation and governance of the Association.

Your attendance and participation are extremely important. Without a duly elected Board, the Association will be unable to continue operating in its current form.

If you would like to nominate for a Board or Executive position, please email admin@southernhighlandswaterpolo.com prior to the meeting. Nominations may also be accepted from the floor, in accordance with the Association’s constitution.

We strongly encourage all members and supporters to attend and contribute to the future direction of SHWP.
