By-Laws/Rules and Policies are currently under review by SHWP 2019-21 Board, however shall be applicable as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
The AWP Member Protection Policies (MPP) applies to the extent relevant to an Association (as opposed to a Federal Body).
In due course SHWP shall develop MPP applicable to an Association
Where SHWP has Policies in By-Laws, that contradict AWP MPP they apply rather than the AWP Policy
