Get ready for your next fitness challenge and beat the winter blues with the Team La Trobe Walk and Run.

In a time where the La Trobe University community has been isolated from friends, family and colleagues, the Team La Trobe Walk and Run event will provide an opportunity for our community to connect and motivate one another in a two-week health and fitness challenge.

From June 16 to 30, participants will work individually or in teams to work towards completing a 42km marathon either by walking or running on average three kilometres each day. The kilometres can be completed at any time and any location to suit you or your team.

Also join the Facebook event to keep up-to-date with team's progress, win prizes and to share your experiences while completing the challenge.
