La Trobe Sport Clubs are encouraged to host ‘Residential Come & Try’ events throughout March. This initiative provides clubs with the opportunity to schedule a dedicated day and time to engage directly with residential students through tailored events.

Clubs can also apply for the Student Recruitment Grant to support their Residential Come & Try event.

To ensure activities are included in the residential student calendar, applications must be submitted by 14 February. A reminder, that if you would like to host one of these events through the Student Recruitment Grant, that the grant application closes 7 February. Clubs are encouraged to design sessions that are welcoming, social, and accessible, offering an introductory experience that helps residential students get involved with ease.
