What gear do I need?

  • Mouthguard (available at pharmacies, or you can get a custom-made one from your dentist)
  • Shinpads that cover your ankles (i.e. not football shinpads)
  • Hockey socks that cover your shinpads
  • Hockey stick (we can lend you one for a few weeks if you’re new)
  • Optional: it can be helpful to have hockey or trail shoes, which grip better on the turf.

Your one-stop shop for hockey gear is Just Hockey – shop online or visit their store at Homebush.

What should I wear to training?

Whatever makes you feel comfortable! Most players wear shorts/leggings and a top, as well as their shinpads, long socks, and mouthguards.
We have a range of merch for training available to buy

Once season starts, you will be required to wear the club’s official uniform to games which you can buy here. Please note that you must log in in order to purchase items in the shop.
