Eastern State Championships Postponed

Quick update on the below notice, the NSW and QLD assoications have agreed with Coffs Harbour YC to host the eastern states there in April. please check out the events page for more info. Perin.

Good afternoon New South Wales Impulse members

Eastern States Big River Sailing Club 19th and 20th of March has been rescheduled

Unfortunately due to the recent flooding in SE Queensland and the Northern Rivers of NSW, BIg River Sailing Club have advised us that they are not in a position to host our annual Eastern States Championships at their club on the weekend of the 19th and 20th of March. Although the sailing club did not suffer major damage the rigging area, camping area and launching area has become an absolute quagmire of mud and they have suspended all sailing activities for several weeks.

Coffs Harbour Regatta 23rd/24th of April alternate venue for Eastern States Championship 2022

We would like to join in with the Coffs Harbour Yacht Club for their short course series, dates are 23rd and 24th of April (Monday the 25th is a public holiday). If we have sufficient response from people interested in attending, this will most likely be an alternate date and location for our Eastern State Championships. Could you please visit the website and RSVP on the Impulse site, entries are open on the Coffs Harbour website for the regatta.
