Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian artistic sport that combines the best of dance, gymnastics, ballet, singing, and acting into one dynamic weekly class. It’s the perfect way to build rhythm, dance technique, flexibility, confidence, and performance skills, all while having fun and making lifelong friends.
