- 2026 CLASSES -
At Calisthenics Buderim, we offer classes for all age groups, starting from 3 years of age. Each class is designed to develop skills in dance, movement, flexibility, teamwork, and performance, while building confidence and having fun. Our accredited coaches create a supportive and encouraging environment where every student can work towards their personal best.
2026 classes will commence end of January, visit the 'Contact Us' tab to register for the 2026 season or for ONE FREE TRIAL!
