Calisthenics Buderim Inc. is a not-for-profit community club proudly based on the Sunshine Coast. Since opening our doors in 1994, we have been dedicated to providing opportunities for children, young people, and families to enjoy the benefits of calisthenics in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Our philosophy is built on the values of Fun, Fitness, and Friendship. These values guide everything we do, from weekly training sessions to competitions, holiday workshops, and community performances. We are proud to be a club where participants can challenge themselves, discover new skills, and feel part of something bigger.

We are fortunate to have a committed team of accredited coaches and volunteers, who generously give their time and expertise. Their dedication ensures our participants not only improve their performance and technique but also grow in confidence, resilience, and teamwork, skills that last far beyond the stage.

Over more than 30 years, Calisthenics Buderim has grown into a thriving club recognised for its welcoming spirit, community connection, and strong competitive achievements. We are proud of every participant who wears our colours and represents our club, whether they are taking part in their very first Tinies class or performing on the state and national stage.
