Our session training days and times are:
- Mondays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm AND 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Pridham Hall
- Tuesdays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm AND 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Pridham Hall
- Thursdays: 6:30am - 8:00am at Adelaide Aquatic Centre and 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Pridham Hall
- Fridays: 6:00pm -7:30pm at Pridham Hall
During the off-peak periods (mid-semester break, mid-year break, study without teaching weeks, exams, end of year breaks), there will be no sessions at Adelaide Aquatic Centre:
- Off peak periods: 18 April - 3 May, 30 May - 2 August, 26 Sept - 11 Oct, 7 Nov - 29 Jan 2027
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays: 6:00pm - 7:30pm at Pridham Hall
- Thursdays: 6:30am - 8:00am and 6:00pm to 7:30pm at Pridham Hall
