Our club has a set of core values indicated by the acronym, FAIR which stands for:
- Friendly - We create a welcoming, supportive environment where every member feels valued and encouraged. From your first session to your hundredth, you'll find teammates who celebrate your progress and share your swimming journey.
- Accountability - We take ownership of our commitments to ourselves, our teammates, and our club. Whether it's showing up for training, supporting club events, or pursuing personal goals, we follow through and hold ourselves to high standards.
- Inclusion - We welcome swimmers of every background, ability, culture, and aspiration. From international students learning water safety to world championship competitors, everyone belongs here and contributes to our community.
- Respect - We honor each other's goals, abilities, and experiences. We respect our coaches, facilities, and the legacy of both founding clubs. We create a safe space where differences are celebrated and dignity is upheld for all.
