At the AGM meeting, the Board members will discuss:

• Minutes (and Actions) of the last AGM (from 2 July 2023)

• Board reports: A review of activities undertaken over the season, along with the identified priorities for the coming season (board reports will be provided 7 days prior to the AGM, copies will be provided on the day, but it is expected the attendees have pre-read the reports, and the time allocated will be used for queries/questions: we hope prior issue of the reports will enable a greater level of contemplation and feedback from the community)

• The Association’s financial statements for the past financial year

• Election of Board members

• Remits and Motions to be considered.
