Our Tiny-Tots Program at Surf Coast Calisthenics

Designed for both girls and boys aged 3-4, our Tiny-Tots program is the perfect way for children to start their calisthenics journey while developing coordination and dance skills in a playful and supportive environment.

In these fun and engaging classes, our Tiny-Tots develop:

• Musical appreciation & rhythm
• Fine & gross motor skills
• Social & cognitive skills
• Coordination, flexibility & core strength
• Age-specific performance skills

Our classes nurture little ones to grow stronger, more confident, and experience the joy of calisthenics and dance. They also encourage teamwork, creativity, and self-expression from an early age.

Our Tiny-Tots will have the exciting opportunity to perform in our Annual Concert.
