Competitive Team Classes at Surf Coast Calisthenics

At Surf Coast Calisthenics, we offer competitive classes for dancers ranging from 4 years old to adults. Throughout the year, our teams learn 4-6 dance routines, competing in competitions such as the Calisthenics Victoria State Championships and the prestigious Royal South Street Competitions. To celebrate the season, we invite families and friends to our end of year Annual Concert, where our talented dancers showcase their hard work and progress. Performances are a highlight, celebrating the dedication, teamwork, and achievements of our dancers.

Our competitive classes are designed to enhance calisthenics and dance skills, technique, flexibility, and strength, while fostering lasting friendships and personal growth, with teamwork at the heart of everything we do.
