Bookings

Here is where you can book the SPASC Hall for an event or private function, or you can book one of our club boats for a saturday afternoon sail!

The Clubhouse is in use every Saturday 8am to 6pm from the start of September until the end of April for our club's sailing activity. It is also used every Friday evening from 4.30pm to 10pm during daylight savings again for our sailing activity. It may be possible to book the club for a saturday evening after 6pm during sailing season depending on the activity, but that would only be for a maximum of 4 hours as the club needs to be vacated by 10pm. Currently most Sundays are available to book the hall as are weekdays.

Please check our system for prior bookings online through the booking calendar before you make your booking request; open the calendar from any booking type (full day, half day etc) and then scroll through the 'View Calendar For' options for each booking type to ensure the date you want to book is fully available. Unfortunately we do not have a consolidated calendar which shows all bookings in one place.

All bookngs need to be made by people who are either sailing or social members of the club. That is to ensure we have full contact details of the hirers.

Hire of the upstairs clubhouse area of the Speers Point Amateur Sailing Club is available on a daily basis to approved persons and organisations on agreed date(s), subject to the specified conditions
