Tasar 50th Celebration - Bethwaite Trophy (and Photo Re-enactment)

This race is for the coveted Bethwaite Trophy. 
Before the race we'll re-enact Frank Bethwaite's Tasar photo "Where so much of it began" from his book "High Performance Sailing".

On this special 50th Birthday celebration, race results will also count towards the Sly Boat Building Traveller's Trophy and Sly Boat Building Metropolitan Trophies. Furthermore...

A chance to win a free mainsail!  

For each race start, Tasar NSW members receive two entries (MT and TT) in the end-of-season draw for the Sly Boat Building mainsail!

Timing

• Arrive 1100 onwards.  All sailors will be assisting to carry boats down the stairs.
• Welcome: 1255 hrs
• Briefing: 1300 hrs
• Photo Re-enactment on the Deck: 1315 hrs
  • All boats rigged on the NSC deck to re-enact Frank Bethwaite's "Where so much of it started" photo from his book "High Performance Sailing".  
  • The original photo featured 20 boats.  Can we do better?
• First Start: 1400 hrs
