Sunday 7th & 14th April 2024 @ Warringah Aquatic Centre
- 5pm to 6pm – Born 2012 & Younger Age Group
- 6pm to 7pm – Born 2011 & Older Age Group
Places are limited, so don’t hesitate with registering to attend.
All participants must be competent and confident swimming in deep water.
Session is FREE; however, all participants and spectators are to pay entry on arrival at the Warringah Aquatic Centre.

Junior Development Competitions & Programs
- Sunday's at Warringah Aquatic Centre - 5 May to 7 July 2024 - 8 weeks (exemption date 9 June - long weekend & 30 June)
ARE YOU KEEN TO PLAY A LOCAL GAME.... OPEN TO ALL BOYS & GIRLS, NEW PLAYERS, ACADEMY PLAYERS AND METRO PLAYERS.... (excluding A division Born 2010 Metro players)
- Dates: Commencing Sunday 5th May and running through to 7th July 2024 - 8 WEEKS
Note:- No Games will be played on Sunday 9th June due to the holiday weekend and Sunday 30th June as the pool is not available for water polo that day.
- Venue: Warringah Aquatic Centre
- Time: Games will be 5pm or 5:30pm
- Teams: Boys, Girls or Mixed

Modified Tournament Rules
- 6 players – 5 field & GK (prefer GK be rotated throughout the team)
- Size 4 ball
- Game time – 4 x 5 minute quarters

Skills & Drils Training -
As in previous terms we run our programs in age groups to align with Water Polo NSW Metro competition summer season and Water Polo Australia National Youth Championship Festival, to better prepare our players. Moving into the summer 2024/2025 season the U12 age group will be players Born 2013 & 2014, the U14 age group will be players Born 2011 & 2012 and the U16 age group will be players Born 2009 & 2010... Ideally we would like to run our Sunday sessions in separate age groups and genders, as per the following:-
- Born 2011, Born 2012 & Older
- Born 2013 & 2014 - Experienced group
- Born 2013 & 2014 - Beginner group
- Born 2015 & Younger

Northern Suburbs Schools Competition @ Warringah Aquatic Centre
- OPENS will commence on Friday 3rd May 2024 and finish on Friday 28th June 2024
- INTERMEDIATES will commence on Monday 6th May 2024 and potentially run through to Monday 5 August 2024
- YEAR 7 - will commence in Term 3, 2024 - Friday 26th July through to Friday 20th September 2024

Junior Water Polo Tournament - July School Holidays
The focus is on having fun with your mates from your Club, School, Nippers, Soccer, Netball, Footy, Softball etc, and playing Water Polo along the way.
