Northern Beaches Water Polo Academy - The Water Polo School

All Players are required to Register with the Northern Beaches Water Polo Academy prior to registering for any Events, Competitons or Programs.

All Players who register for one of the Event Programs and Competitions agree to pay the Event Fee prior to the commencement of the session

"NO PAY, NO PLAY RULE WILL BE ENFORCED"

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED... Exemptions will only be granted for Medical grounds on receipt of a Medical Certificate.

The Event Fees do not include pool entry into the Manly Swim Centre or Warringah Aquatic Centre for Players or Spectators and this is to be paid separately at the front desk on arrival at the venue

Using Facilities @ Manly Swim Centre & Warringah Aquatic Centre

All Players, Parents and Spectators must abide by Manly Swim Centre / Warringah Aquatic Centre Conditions of Entry.

All Players must be supervised by Parent/Guardian/Team Manager at all times whilst in the Swim Centres.

Any player observed doing the following:-

  1. Running and diving in the shallow water
  2. Pushing each other in
  3. Wrestling on the side of the pool trying to throw each other in
  4. Diving backwards or somersaulting into the pool

are in breach of the rules and will not be allowed to play on the night. If they have already played, they will not be allowed to play the following week. Repeat offenders will be banned from competing all together

In respect to Warringah Aquatic Centre the additional applies:-

· Parents are to watch from the grandstand… in other words, no Parents on pool deck, only the Coach, Manager and Staff.

· No Water polo players are allowed in the shallow end of the pool. Parents and siblings not playing water polo are allowed to utilize the shallow end.

· Diving boards are out of bounds

· The boom in the middle of the pool is out of bounds
