Clubs can book the LSEHA Meeting Room or Main Clubroom Area for meetings or other activities, free of charge.

Please check the calendar (under Options) for availability prior to submitting a booking.

If clubs are intending to use the canteen on their training night for a function, please book it along with the Main Clubroom Area. If you are planning to use the bar, please mention this in the booking notes. The bar must be staffed with people who have completed Responsible Service of Alcohol training.

On duty weekends, the club who is rostered on for duty generally has first priority on the use of the canteen and clubrooms - another club wishing to hold a function or use the clubrooms when it is not their duty weekend should discuss it with the duty club before submitting a booking.

Outside organisations and individuals affiliated with Clubs may book the Clubrooms for private events/meetings, but this will incur a hire fee, and is subject to availability.
