Under its constitution, LSEHA has two Management Committees, the Competitions Committee and the Facilities Committee, and two Support Committees, the Finance Committee and the Administration and Records Committee. There is also a Junior Committee, which is not mentioned in the constitution, and as a result has a Terms of Reference to guide it.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES:
Competitions Committee
This committee meets at least once every two months and consists of the Director of Competitions and representatives from each of the clubs. Ideally the Senior Coordinator should also attend.
Facilities Committee
This committee meets at least once every two months and consists of the Director of Facilities and representatives from each of the clubs. Ideally the Canteen Manager, Bar Manager and Grounds Coordinator should also attend.

SUPPORT COMMITTEES:
Finance Committee
This committee meets as required and consists of the Director of Finance, the Assistant Treasurer, The Grants Coordinator and the Sponsorship Coordinator. See clause 13.1 of the constitution for the responsibilities of this committee.
Administration and Records Committee
This committee meets as required and consists of the Director of Administration, the Men's and Women's Records Coordinators and the Administration Coordinator. See clause 13.2 of the constitution for the responsibilities of this committee.
OTHER COMMITTEES:
Junior Committee
This committee meets regularly during the season and consists of the Director of Competitions who shall be responsible for chairing the committee, the Junior Coordinator and representatives from each of the clubs. Where a club has a coordinator position on the committee the attendance of the coordinator meets that club's obligation to be represented. Where the Director of Competitions is absent the Junior Coordinator shall chair the meeting.
