Men's Records Coordinator

Women's Records Coordinator

Assistant Treasurer - shall provide assistance to the Director of Finance in the carrying out of such duties as banking, counting monies, paying invoices and similar duties as required from time to time.

Grants Coordinator - shall be responsible for assisting Executive Officers in compiling applications for grants for funding for the activities of the Association.

Sponsorship Coordinator - shall be responsible for the seeking out of sponsors, for developing sponsorship packages and developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential sponsors.

Administration Coordinator - shall assist the Director of Administration by the taking and keeping of Association minutes, dealing with correspondence and other administrative functions as they arise.
