Here's something to jog your memory if you were around in the 1970s, in which case you may not remember much.
Pictured is Jock Veenstra's original M.V. Aroona (https://www.spiritofthecoorong.com.au/aboutus). The 1986 meeting of the Goolwa Vintage Boat Club was held aboard her successor...somewhere upriver. It seems every Veenstra vessel embraced that same spirit of comraderie.
